Shaker, a magical yet seldom seen machine used for nut harvesting becomes a sculptural form filling the gallery.

Walczak & Heiss have won the commission for Public Art at the University of California, Chico.

We have won the commission for Public Art for the gardens of the Berry Center, Wyoming.
Johanna has written and illustrated some of Walczak & Heiss’s favorite cocktails.
Wes and Nik Nikolov collaborated to create a playhouse.

Marek Walczak and Wes Heiss are honored to have been selected as the winning artists for our second permanent public art commission.
The UMMA’s Dialogtable won the GOLD for the 2010 Muse Awards for Interactive Kiosks.
Along with 4 other artist, Walczak & Heiss were selected as finalists for a public art commission by the City of Denver. In the next few months we will be generating a proposal for presentation in mid-July.
